The symbol on the front of the amplifier is the Chinese character for love. Behind this symbol is our grill cloth which is tea stained hemp fabric. The cabinet and the stand are crafted from a beautiful exotic wood called African Padauk which has a gorgeous natural orange glow.  The iron stand features a swivel that enables you to easily rotate the amp to plug in, and then turn it around to play.  The chassis is crafted from Copper which is a great material for shielding electronic circuitry.  It's so cool, you should just buy two.
 
 


 

     The Love amplifier is a quest for a tone that is pure. I wanted to keep the circuit bare and small.  I run a twin triode hot into a pentode with no circuitry to  adjust the volume or tone as they only degrade the  signal.  I assemble the entire amplifier with Silver  .999 fine wire.circuit card detail !
    The tone can be altered by your choice of  pre-amp, output, and rectifier tubes.   The Love pre-amplifier section accepts all tubes in the 12AX7 family.  With this many drive options, the tones are unlimited.  The output power section accepts most popular eight pin tubes ie. 6V6, 6L6, 6550, 5881, 7581, EL34, KT66 and KT88.
The rectifier tube is associated with touch response to the tone.  Experimentation with GZ34, CV378, 5V4, 5Y3, 5U4 and many others, all produce varying feelings.
